The Diploma of Building and Construction is a qualification that seeks to develop management skills for students in the residential/commercial low-rise building space. Learn how to manage contracts and tender documentation, prepare estimates and monitor costing systems and much more from experienced trainers with a valuable industry standard skill set.
This qualification prepares with the right skills and knowledge to become a Site Manager, Project Manager or Registered Building Practitioner.

Training and Assessment Information
The qualification is delivered over 78 weeks comprising of:
- 6 terms of 10 weeks each (60 weeks total)
- Holiday breaks amounting to 18 weeks (as specified in the timetable).
- Students are required to attend 20 hours of classroom training per week.
- Homework is expected to be approximately 5 – 7 hours a week.
Assessments are designed to provide learners with opportunities to demonstrate they have attained the required skills and knowledge using a range of practically based activities and tasks, as required by recognised standards.

Once we receive this, we will issue you with a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter and an invoice for the first payment.
The first day of each course will include orientation and induction. Orientation will include information about the campus, living in Australia, accessing our support services and methods for achieving success throughout the course, including course progress requirements.
